In this stage, we are trying to materialise or 'sketch' your vision. We brainstorm ideas and inspired images to create a rough foor plan that we are happy with. Alternatively, we can also provide many options for different layouts and design ideas if required.

• Site Plan (Setbacks)

• Floor Plans

In this stage, you are already are happy with the proposed layout. We detail the Elevations including the external materials, height of building, roof forms and general dimensions to all the spaces. The floor plan and site plan has more details than the initial 'sketch' drawings. If your proposed plans require local council submission, we can then lodge these plans on your behalf.

• Floor Plans

• Elevations

• 3D Views (if applicable)

Once the Preliminary Plans are 'locked in' and we've received approval from local council (if required), we then proceed with the construction details. Once these drawings are complete, they are submitted to the building certifier (along with engineer's drawings) for final building approval. You can start building!! 🎉🔨
